Triple-Threat

Hey Friends! Just cruisin' through another great week of summer! As I was browsing through a cookbook that a friend passed to me, my daughter saw a recipe she wanted to try. The cookbook is The Pastry Queen by Rebecca Rather and the recipe is Triple-Threat Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are so delicious...crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.
