Birthday Party!

It's been a while, but for Landri's 7th birthday, she had a cake decorating party. It was so much fun. Landri invited 6 girls and each one was able to decorate their own two-layer round cake. All the girls did an incredible job. I tried to prepare as much as I could in advance, which was the key to success.








I made each girl an apron to wear while decorating and it also served as their party favor. What a beautiful group of girls!

After all the decorating was done, we wrapped things up with some delicious s'mores!

    OH MY GOSH! That was a LOT of sewing and baking before a Bday party! Landri is so cute, she is so tiny. The girls really did an awesome job with their cakes. I would have loved to go to a party like that when I was little. The cakes and pies I always made were out of mud. LOL

    You are one very creative lady! what a fun party and what a cute group of girls. I am sure they will never forget this unique and special birthday party. The aprons are adorable! With another year ahead of you, I am sure your creative mind will come up with something exciting. In my part of the country the young girls around here have beading birthday parties. They create some of the cutest bracelets from craft store beads and rhinestones.
