I made a great peach cobbler for Father's Day. I had the good fortune of using the freshest, most beautiful Parker County peaches that i purchased from my nephew's organic produce stand. And, if that's not enough, we topped it off with my mother's homemade vanilla ice cream!
I have been wanting to make peach cobbler, I will try and make one tomorrow. Wish Mom could make me some home made ice cream. Love her home made ice cream!
